Hello, I would NEVER buy running/walking shoes anywhere else except at Fleet Feet.
This is my third purchase and ALL of the staff sales people are very knowledgeable
about their products. They also know which shoes I tried were best for my feet, noticing
the narrowness through the top of the arch.
You had a god range of NB shoes and the salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
It was awesome to have feet scanned and for them to watch our walk and then recommend 3 different shoes for us to try and walk in each one. Great customer service!!

Last 5 times I have tried to buy shoes for myself or my wife they never have them and you have to wait 7-10 days for them.
The guy I ordered the shoes from had no idea what he was doing. He told me that if I had them mailed to my house that I could not get tracking to find out when they would arrive I would just have to keep looking so I had them sent to the store. I find that hard to believe. Anything you buy online has tracking.
He also disputed that I had a $15 credit from previous purchases. Eventually he found it.
I always try to support local businesses but trying to buy something here requires a 2 week delay in getting the item and unless you want to keep a vigil for the shoes arrival you have to go to the store again to get them.
They don’t even help you try on the shoe. Isn’t that one of the benefits of going to a store directly.
I actually went home that day and bought another pair of shoes on Amazon which were delivered in 3 days and with tracking available.
May have learned my lesson for good this time.
