Service was amazing! Eli was very helpful while I was finding the right shoe, and helped with color selection and insoles. The employee who helped me when I came to pick up the shoes was also very helpful. This was my first purchase/experience with Fleet Feet and i had a great experience.

I really appreciated the patience and kindness of my sales associate, Keith -- and he has great product knowledge. I got a perfect pair of shoes, very comfy -- truly, it's a first. Normally, I try on dozens of pairs and nothing ever fits. On this visit, Keith scanned my foot and got accurate measurements & data --- and made spot-on recommendations. I tried on 3 shoes, and 2 of 3 fit perfectly. Very happy!
I could not get the color combo that I wanted in the width that I need, but it's a minor thing. A+ for comfort, B+ for aesthetics. I'm good with it!

I bought some Hokas with inserts from Geaux Run because I have neuropathy in my toes and the ball of my feet, and I have to say that I wore those shoes all day with no issues. My neuropathy did not bother me as long as I had the shoes on.

the free 3d fit analysis, the fact that they stock the orthotics that my foot surgeon recommended, the time spent with a knowledgable sales person, who offered me several options for what I was looking for, expressing the pros and cons of each shoe she offered.

Not only do I like the products they make available to customers, but also their service. They are friendly and allow one to browse before decisions are made. I never feel rushed while in the Fleet Feet store on Patterson Avenue.
More types of footwear needed, especially for Pickleball.
I love that you offer the opportunity to get one on one personalized service. Buying shoes can be overwhelming at times...especially when trying to figure which is the best one for the activity I'm doing.
