I liked that the chick who took care of me found the perfect shoe for me. We talked about my needs, wants, etc. and she literally found the perfect shoe for me. She even went above and beyond and figured out that someone spelled my last name wrong in the system and wrote a note down to fix it.
Fleet Feet has amazing service and I have been to several of FF stores around the country, including four different stores in the Raleigh chapel hill Durham metro area. I’m absolutely a FF customer for life.

I have shopped at your stores for a few years. Always experienced personalized service and have dealt with very knowledgeable associates. I like the personal experience and how you’re actually ‘waited on.’ I have a very picky teen son that only wants ‘non-descript’ colors of shoes and I always have good luck finding white, gray and black examples of the styles he loves. Thanks for the great service!!!!
