I like the one on one salesmanship. You may have to wait at the front door for 5 minutes, but when it is your turn, you have the salespersons 100% attention. I also like that they let you take the shoes for a quick run down the sidewalk. That definitely helped me buy the right shoe.
Great service
It was the first time that I have shopped at your store. When I walked in I was greeted and said what I was looking for. Cameron had me sit and then measured my feet. He asked what I was looking for and then went back and brought out three choices. I tried them on, he went back for more choices. He was looking to help me, not just trying to hurry me up. After I picked the shoes I was looking for I ask about other merchandise, he took me to an area and again helped me find what I was looking for. When I need another pair of athletic shoes I will return to Fleet Feet.

Natalie was amazing! She helped my husband and I find the right tennis shoes for our up coming trip. She also helped my mother in law find the right shoe for her next purchase. And most importantly was so friendly to our young daughter. We will definitely be back!

Quality products…..low pressure…..amazing technology. Don was amazingly nice and helpful. We would’ve bought three pair of shoes but the only bad thing I can say is that their colors and sizes in inventory seems limited.
