Products are the same as other running stores and pricing as well but the difference is the knowledge and willingness of the sales people to engage with the customer to outfit them with the proper shoes to obtain their personal goals.

My experience was very 1 on 1. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. You could tell she really cared about finding me the proper running shoe. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience so I will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful experience with Alec last weekend. Our son runs XC and indoor/outdoor track and has been struggling with shin splints. Alec was patient and knowledgeable, and was able to help our son find shoes that help with his injuries. There was a large selection for our son to choose from. I can't wait to see how he competes this season. Thanks for all of your help, Alec. We truly appreciate all the tips and tricks you gave our son.

Is there such a thing as shoe school? I am always impressed by the expert advice I get from the folks at FF when selecting the right equipment for me. I have recently developed metatarsal pain in my left foot. My shoe guru directed me towards a better brand for my problem, fitted me for inserts and metatarsal pads, and 3 days later, the pain is under control. How do they get so smart? Thanks, Fleet Feet!!

Top of the line footwear with great service, love how the bring several pair to try for the perfect fit. And the cherry on top is the generous return policy if the shoe doesn’t fit the bill once purchased.
