It was AMAZING
One of the sales reps was not very helpful or energetic in any way. Seemed to want to rush the sale. Ended up returning the shoes as we did not feel we made the right decision and decided to look at others stores and eventually found the pair of shoes we were looking for.

My name is Frank, I am the owner of Fleet Feet. I want to thank you for shopping with us but more importantly for your candid feedback. As a local small business owner there is nothing more valuable than customer feedback even when it's hard to read. We clearly did not provide you the experience that we've made our name on for the last 21 years and for that I am personally sorry.
There is no excuse for that level of customer service, especially because we put some much time and energy into training our team to provide best in class customer experiences through product knowledge and attention to detail. I will work personally with the team in Blue Ash store to ensure this kind of behavior never happens again. Friendly, outgoing and informative Outfitters are absolutely at the core of our business and we unfortunately failed you during your visit, and for that I am sorry.

Good service within the stores
This was my first time shopping at Fleet Feet and they have definitely set a standard! The products offered are of exceptional quality, the foot analysis conducted was interesting and informative, and the service associate (Thomas) was very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Great patient and attentive service
As a first time customer I loved how Sam at the South County location explained the process as well as guided me. I didn't know you could get fitted for shoes until friends referred me to Fleet Feet. My husband and I went in with the intent to purchase just for myself and because of the experience he got fitted with Sam too and bought. Thank you Sam for a great experience. We will be back.
I entered the store and was not greeted or even looked at. I sat on a bench and finally asked for assistance after several minutes and was given help.
My shoes are way too big. I went with the recommendation. But after wearing for a couple days they are simply way too big!

I had no idea what I needed when I came in beyond "new shoes". I was immediately helped by an extremely knowledgeable associate who, in minutes, had me in some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Best shoe buying experience I've ever had.
