I haven’t been in your store in over 15 years. So when I came in the other day, while knocking over 3 pair of shoes on the display i tried putting them back then the nicest associate came over to help, and even joked how the display wall was like playing “Plinko”… so then we started chatting and he took care of me. He was the nicest, calmest, pleasant person to sit together with! Who knew buying a pair of shoes could be such a therapeutic experience! He went out of his way to get exactly what i was looking for, color, size, brand, fit, “feel” and budget. I never would have thought I’d walk out with a pair of ASICS (which I’ve never owned) when I walked in thinking i was getting another pair of Ultraboosts Adidas (my favorite shoe)
But let me tell you I did my personal best at the 5K Saturday am the reason I came in, so thank you to Riu (I’m sorry i forgot his name) long white beard dark skin, glasses, slender gentleman.
