Awesome customer service! If you want a friendly and helpful sales associate- this is the place for you. I was in and out the store in less than 15 minutes which includes a pair of tennis shoes, flip flops and socks. Plus she redid my shoelaces.

It was our first time at Fleet Feet and we hada great experience. Our sales person was very helpful and if she didnt know the answer she made sure to find the answer. We ended up with 2 pairs of shoes, 2 in soles and socks! We are already talking about going back to buy some more shoes that we tried on and loved!
The employee that I worked with, Rui, at the Chicago south loop location did an awesome job. He was thoughtful, asked great questions, and made useful recommendations. I’m glad that I had a chance to meet him!

My first visit to Fleet Feet this past Saturday. Has excellent customer service. The associate was very knowledgeable and within 1/2 hour I left with a new pair of running sneakers. Very happy with the friendly knowledgeable service! I will be back!
