Jacob treated us very well. He was so kind to my mom assisting in every way and making good recommendations as my mom’s feet are swollen and painful. Other staff were also very friendly and helpful, even helping customers put on shoes to try. Store has a great selection of shoes, too.

The Altra trail runners I purchased fell apart after 3 days on the trail. I contacted your corporate customer support group, but they said they couldn't help me and I'd have to contact Altra. I was abroad on a 500-mile backpacking trip at the time, so it would have been a major inconvenience to ship the trashed shoes in for a refund. Not wanting to carry dead weight for hundreds of miles, I threw them away. The photos I took of the product's problems should have been sufficient, but the support rep said I'd have to return the trashed shoes.
My recommendation is that your corporate-level customer support team be empowered to solve customers' product issues.

I ended up buying the wrong shoes for me and will return them. Saucony . I felt rushed to make a decision which is partly my fault. I have Hoka shoes that work great for me and went to try on Oofos at the recommendation of podiatrist. Your agent told me my Hojas are too old (not quite a year and I didn't think that many miles). Got home and my feet really hurt in the new shoes so staying with my Hokas.
The person who helped me was great. I love how you scanned feet as well as watched how I walked to gather important information on me. He didn’t rush me and actually found two set of shoes that were perfect for me. I love the refund policy as well.
Fitter spent time creating a foot profile. I knew my feet were different but not exactly how. Really helped in picking shoes that worked for both.
