Employee immediately asked if she could help me when I walked in, listened, answered all my questions, and had me in a new pair of Hokas in less than 10 mins. Ran in them today and theyre exactly what I’ve needed.

Very knowledgeable staff. I did not feel rushed. Brought out as many sneakers as I needed to find what I was looking for. They give you plenty of time to wear the shoe at home and outside, if they don’t feel good after 60 days you can exchange or return them.

we were quickly waited on by a nice young man who brought out every pair of Hoka in my daughter's size so she could pick her color. He had us in and out of the busy store in about 15 minutes.
