Reo was wonderful. Very concerned about my foot pain. He was patient and was so helpful. He helped with a few pairs of different shoes until I chose the Hoka’s. I was very impressed by the service I received. So far the shoes are great!

The associate was knowledgeable and seemed to have gotten a feel for what would work for me. I chose the third pair of shoes I was shown. He also worked with a few different inserts based on what he learned about my feet when he did the scan. There was no pressure and I was not rushed to make a decision.

Couldn’t scan my foot and only had one shoe my size 15.
I liked the foot scan and the education Alice provided me with that specific scan info. I also appreciated Alice’s extensive knowledge of the different shoes. She was able to quickly steer me in the correct direction for what I was looking for so I wasn’t overwhelmed by all of the potential options.
