Not much help was offered. More help was certainly offered to other customers. One person even walked past me and said “no one else is waiting” when I was clearly waiting. When I finally got help, I wasn’t offered many suggestions.

The 3D analysis of my feet was very helpful to assess the correct shoes to try. Then having a choice of several appropriate shoes was very important
Grace really was great to work with. She was very patient and worked hard to solve my difficult foot problem. Having extremely flat feet, plantar fasciitis, and bad ankles makes it frustrating for me to find the right athletic shoe, but after a lot of trial & error, Grace came up with a solution and my feet have felt the best they've had in a long time. I recommend her highly!
