The store on the West side of Madison was busy, but the reps worked through the rush of traffic and not intimidated by the amount of people waiting. Our rep took time to explain my wife's foot issues and recommended the proper shoe for her type of activity.

I never knew why shoes were so uncomfortable until I went to Fleet and found out I was wearing the complete wrong size! So thankful for the personalized analysis so I could be fitted for the right shoe. 10/10 recommend!

Friendly knowledgeable staff
First and foremost it was the store manager Leigh Earman that waited one, she was very professional and took lots of time with me asking what my needs were and recommend the shoes that would fulfill my diabetic foot issues. I came in to purchase one pair and left with two pairs. I would highly recommend Fleet Feet and Leigh at the High Point Store

It was my first time!! The customer service was amazing. For the first time in 10 years, I have shoes on my feet and I don’t have pain when I walk because of the customer service. And the amazing products that they carry. I always buy expensive Adidas or Nike’s but within a month my feet hurt and I’m looking for a new pair. The gentleman went up and beyond to help me get the perfect pair. I definitely will be back again.
