Customer service was excellent. The process was cool and interesting. Prices are a little high, especially for shoes that supposedly dont even last a year. Also sad there wasnt a military discount given the amount of military customers the store recieves. Also maybe having a dedicated area in the store to do a very short jog when trying the shoes would be nice.
Great choices and professional help
I visited Fleet Feet for the 2nd time and enjoyed the experience as much as the first time! Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional and inviting. They had all my previous purchase information in their system which made my 2nd purchase easier and more personal to my liking. My wife went the next week and purchased her first pair of Hoka's from them and utilized their foot scanning. She enjoyed her experience as well! I would highly recommend Fleet Feet for any of your active feet needs and more!

The guy that helped me find a new running shoe was so friendly and knowledgeable. I had a hard time making a choice but he was patient and didn’t rush me. This was the best Fleet Feet experience I’ve had so far!
I have been back to Fleet Feet a few times looking for a shoe to wear while standing for. Few hours every Saturday at my market. I finally have a shoe that the young man recommended for standing on your feet for several hours and they have worked better than other styles I have tried. Thank you for your dedicated employees and them listening to my needs.
