I loved the whole experience from start to finish! I had never been to Fleet Feet before, but I was referred by a co-worker and I’m glad I went! I have new running shoes, that fit me and my needs and my feet have never felt better!

Fantastic Customer Service
I’ve only visited the store twice - but both times there were issues where they couldn’t log into the computer because only owners have passwords. This time it meant my online order wasn’t processed because they couldn’t even see it. The in store associates were very friendly and helpful but I was also on a serious time crunch. It puts the associates in front of the customers in an awkward position to have to call managers to access parts of the register. It worked out for me but does make me not want to recommend store as highly.
