Ashley is very knowledgeable and communicates that knowledge well. The result is direction to a great solution to my foot needs. The Hendersonville store has a good stock of products and they order what is not in stock. Everybody is friendly and helpful.

The first time I walked into fleet feet I asked for the same shoes I’d been wearing for years, and had purchased from a box store. The woman helping me had me take off my shoes and walk to and from. She then asked me if I liked the shoes I’d been wearing and when I said I had foot pain she went into an I depth discussion on arches and how my feet moved when I walked. She told me she wasn’t surprised to hear my feet hurt because the shoes I was wearing didn’t have support where I needed it. She brought out many shoes at various price points. I stopped having pain in my feet and I exclusively buy shoes from Fleet Feet. Now they have the scanner. I had knee surgery a year ago and thought my gate had changed. Went into the store a few days ago and sure enough, it had. That makes me more mindful of how I walk and what I need to do to get back in balance.
