The service was great!
Fin who helped me with purchasing new walking shoes was exceptionally personable and was professional and knowledgeable about my options. I have gone to Fleet Feet/Front Runners for many years for running and walking shoes. I have never had a bad experience with the service I received.
You don't have in stock enough merchandise. My size -- I wear men's 9 -- is especially not available a lot at your store in Jones Valley.

The easiest shoe buying experience I've ever had! The scans take all the guess work out with the right size/width. The knowledge that Camila showed me with recommendations of different brands and styles for what I was looking for was extremely helpful. On top of all that the prices are the same as any other store which makes me wonder why this was my first time buying shoes here! I will definitely be back again!

Associates are friendly and knowledgeable about products. Also, someone ALWAYS greets / acknowledges the customers as opposed to having to look / hunt for someone to help you like at other big box chain stores.
I like the feet scanning service and trust it is key in finding the best fit. Although, it's not the feet scanning service that Good Feet Store uses to cast /mold a customer's unique in-soles I feel any insight into one's feet is valuable info.
And bonus is, partnership with my employer to offer 15% savings. Yes, other retail big box chain stores may offer a better savings but in the long run what I have experienced at other stores is the associates suggest the wrong shoes that cause feet / leg/ knee pain. So extra shoe savings led to higher health cost and days / weeks /months away from exercising leading to more health issues. :

I like the comfort and stability. I also like the curiosity and care of the associates they were very helpful. I originally bought 2 pairs of shoes from the Richmond store. I was able to exchange them in a Va Beach store even though i lost my receipt. Very thankful i didn’t have loss money on shoe that was to small.
The sales associate was knowledgeable and educating me about the styles and fit that suited my needs. Also the price was better than online ordering.
Associate was not rushed in helping me find the right pairs of shoes for myself. She was very knowledgeable and brought out several styles to try on. Great customer service!
