The expertise.
The personalized service - listen to customer's issues/concerns/likes/dislikes then works together with customer to find the best fit and solution. Also, the empathy displayed when dealing with customers that have had severe injuries.
Super nice store, great selection and staff.
The gentlemen who helped my daughter was TREMENDOUS. She's going to be a freshman and is running XC. She did a year in 5th grade but will be relatively new to the sport. He was patient with her trying on shoes and took time getting us in a shoe that felt great and that was the right fit for her foot given the shape of her foot and her heel strike. He was also very knowledgeable about running as a whole and encouraging to her about the sport. I'm an avid runner and I could not have done nearly as good a job as he did getting her outfitted.

Customer service was great. I wish I would have gotten the name of the Gal who helped me at the Laguna Niguel store on Saturday June 10th, 2023. She really knew what she was doing. I found a pair of great shoes that fit my feet. I will be back.

MAGNIFICENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
The service was great the young lady that waited on me was very helpful!! The best I've seen in a store like that in a while. I'm having problem with my foot and the young lady pulled many different kind's of shoes to see which might not hurt.
I ended up with a pair of New Balance they feel really good but they still hurt the knot on top of my foot! The young lady told me if they hurt i could bring them back. That i had 60 days!!
