The service was great and happy with the products as well. Cole took his time explained things to us and both my husband and I are very happy with the whole experience. We were both fitted and purchased new shoes.
Our sales lady was so great! She was patient and incredibly helpful. We ended up getting fitted and buying running shoes for both my husband and myself, which was not our plan when we walked in the store. He and I went for a run the next morning, and it felt like we’d been missing the right fit our whole life!

I am a first time visitor and shopper at their Hickory store. I am very impressed with their staff's friendly, top-notch customer service. Special mention -Kiara- she is the awesome sales associate who helped me find a good pair of running shoes. She was patient, knowledgeable and she listened well to my concerns about correct shoe fit and comfort.
Feet sizing and analysis is another first for me and it certainly helped finding the proper shoe size and fit.
