Very knowledgeable sales person. Shoe are very important to my feet,and they helped me find just the right ones. You can see on the machine they have just how to fit you for the best pair of shoes.

Leah S. did a great job at getting me into wonderfully comfortable Asics! My friend recommended I try Fleet Feet and honestly I'm a miser! I thought no way would I spend $160 on shoes! So I started at Kohl's again where I get all my shoes, found out their coupon didn't cover any name brands. So I thought, go to Fleet Feet, I heard you fit me into shoes, so I went. I love Asics anyway, you can step right into them, never have to break them in. So Leah found 3 brands would be good for my feet and the Asics were the winner. Yep, $160 is a lot to pay for shoes, but they are so comfortable.

The products can be had from multiple sources. It is the staff that and their knowledge that make Fleet Feet superior.
Maybe the 16 year old girl that was "helping" my son get some shoes for track is very good at her job. She was very friendly and polite which seems to be the most important thing these days in the service industry. Maybe the foot scanning device is super high tech and amazing, if the information it gathered was applicable it would also be useful. There were only two shoes available in stock for him to try on so it didn't matter. Total waste of time, 45 minute drive one way to the store, and surely more expensive than had we simply searched online or even done a basic Amazon purchase. If I ever go back to this store it will to buy places and that's it. 99% disappointed with the experience.

I liked that the person that helped me insisted on providing the correct shoe for my foot, even against my protestations! I simply couldn't believe the shoe I needed was a size and a half larger than my normal shoe size but indeed, it was. So far, I like the shoe and look forward to putting it to good use in the next week while at the beach.
Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional- Cecilia and Nicole. However, I called back the following day to ask about a Hoka show they showed me that is more of a hiking shoe/sneaker and the woman on the phone (didn’t get her name but was not Cecile or Nicole) said they did not carry any of these. When I told her they had showed me the sneaker the prior evening, she said they had a Saucony shoe. When I asked her to please go check again, she did come back and said they had the Hoka hiking sneaker. So I’m going to assume maybe she was new???
