Service and knowledge of associates.
You offer miss sized shoes. Fleet Feet is the only store that sells me miss sized shoes for the price of one pair. Plus, I always get promoted friendly service when shopping at Fleet Feet.
Service was outstanding, she did an excellent job helping me find the right shoes for work. I feel more balanced and little to no knee and hip pain now after being on my feet 8+ hours a day.

the knowledge of the staff
I went into the Westfield store to buy a new sneaker to power walk in. I have been having back problems so was clear that the physical therapist told me I needed a good support sneaker. Jennifer put me on the machine, showed me that my right foot was a 6.5 and left a size smaller and brought out 3 sneakers in a size 7, one of which was the CloudGo. I told her my two other Cloud sneakers were a size 6.5 so wasn’t sure why she was recommending the 7. They were VERY comfortable although felt very roomy up by the top of my foot and she was confident that I needed the space. I asked if I could try the 6.5 but they did not have. So I went with her advice. After 2 weeks of wearing them and literally tripping a couple of times and feeling they really were too big I called and was told I could exchange them but they did not have the same pair in a 6.5. I ended up having to drive to a store 45 minutes away to get them, but I cannot help feeling that I was sold the 7 because the 6.5s were not in stock. Thus, the 3 rating. While Jennifer was very courteous and professional while I was purchasing the sneakers, I was surprised at how difficult she made the process for me when I called to exchange them, and without going through all the details, made it clear she wasn’t reallly interested in helping me get the sneaker I needed until I talked to her about how frustrating she was.
First time visiting. Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Super helpful outfitters and did great going through the whole process of 3D mapping. Shoe recommendations were spot on! Will definitely be back as a return customer!

While the feet scans and walking scans are cool and fun to see, I don’t think the employees understand the fits like they used to. It felt more formulaic and less listening to the feedback given by me about fit.
