I went in today and I just have to say WOW! Jim Gothers was my associate and he was FANTASTIC. I was in store for about 2 hrs, I had a fitting done, tried on all the shoes he recommended, and ended up leaving with a pair of Via Olympus, insoles for the Via AND a second pair for my OG Hoka Bondi 7s, and a pair of plantar fasciitis socks. $350 and my plantar fasciitis foot pain is virtually gone currently. He even showed me some rolling and stretches to help my plantar fasciitis. 10/10 I have recommended your store to my friends and will 100% make the 30minute drive to shop here again.
Sales were not posted. You have to "know" about them to get them. I knew about the 25% off then found out I could have gotten more had I mentioned a different ad..
Your prices are marked up (I only looked at Altra) from other local businesses that sell that brand AND from the altra website itself.
Your staff were competing for sales because corporate only sees sales numbers, from what they were talking about.
The staff were nice and polite, but im not happy with the way that botton line money matters to your company.

The person who helped us (I can’t remember his name hopefully it’s recorded) was SO helpful I think he brought me five pairs of shoes before I found one I liked. He was so happy to help. Me and my boyfriend both got insoles and I got a great new pair of shoes!
Completely personalized attention and products. No one else shares all the exact details of my situation, so no one else gets the same recommendation as me. Very knowledgeable staff that takes however much time is necessary to get you the result you are looking for, rather than trying to make a quick sale.
Erin was great! I have some foot issues, and she was knowledgeable about it. The scanning system is what I would call a best buy, and I tell people about it. I couldn't be happier with my experience and my new Brooks shoes :)
I am new to Colorado Springs and took a chance on Fleet Feet and was more than impressed! I’m a working mom of 4 who does her running at 4am before the kids are up and finding time to shop is tough. Not only was your store in COS open on Memorial Day, I got fit and absolutely love the shoes I was put in. I’m sad to say I don’t know the associate who fit me, but he was so nice and patient! I will definitely be coming back for my next running needs!
I like the selection but the staff has gone downhill. Everyone was nice but the entire time we were there I had to go get help. All of the associates were huddled together chatting about personal stuff behind the counter. The staff seems to have gotten increasing disinterested and less knowledgeable over the past year to year and a half.

I KNOW I ORDERED MENS SNEAKERS BUT AM BEING SHIPPED WOMENS SNEAKERS. I'M TOLD I HAVE TO EITHER RETURN IT FOR A REFUND AND THEN REORDER OR TAKE IT TO A STORE AND HAVE THEM PROCESS A REFUND AND MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE. I DON'T WANT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING. I WANT TO EXCHANGE THEM FOR MENS. SINCE IT WAS ONLINE IT CANOT BE DONE. I ALSO USED A 15 DOLLAR DISCOUNT I RARNED BY A RECENT PURCHASE AND HAVE NOT BEEN PROMISED THST I WILL HAVE IT TO USE ON THE REPURCHASE. 7-10 DAYS FOR REFUND. THEN ANOTHER 7 DAYS FIR A NEW ORDER TO REACH ME. I HAVE A RACE ON 6/25/23. GO FIGURE.

5 stars all around service and product, this for sure is my new go to store. First time visiting a fleet feet. Walked in asked about a new shoe that released, and the employee looked it up in their system, and had it in stock. Also had excellent service assisting me in trying the shoes plus saved me time and driving from having to go miles away to another city to buy my shoes. With the wonderful experience, I'm headed back to purchase a 2nd pair of shoes. Glad I found this store had a memorable time. Thank you all....

The whole experience was great! I came to fleet feet because I’ve had a lot of problems with my feet and was hoping to get personalized help and recommendations- something I wouldn’t normally gets by going to a store like Kohls. My expectations were met and then some. The associate (Jason I think?) listened and gave me shoes based on my needs and issues. I actually brought my bf with me and we were so happy with the experience that he also got the foot scan and bought a better pair of shoes also. Turned out we were both wearing the wrong type of shoes. The experience alone is enough for me to recommend to others and having happy comfortable shoes was the bonus!
