Personal service and knowledge level
I have been having foot and ankle pain for a while. I am so glad I went to fleet feet. The analysis of my feet and the shoes I purchased have helped a great deal.

I didn't think I would be able to find a shoe that would help mitigate the pain in my left foot - but I did at Fleet Feet. I don't remember the name of the sales associate who helped me, but she gave me many options and worked with me until we found the right shoe.

By the time I left Fleet Feet my feet (which hold up the rest of me, which is a thought I have had, but which Brian said out loud) felt they had the most correct shoes possible for walking my body back to a pulled-together state. Fleet Feet gave this customer confidence. I think the starting point for Fleet Feet's unusually good service is a combination of the foot-studying machine and the server who understands what all the data means. I appreciate Brian's knowledge, listening skills and patience. The experience was like going to a very good doctor who knows what needs to be done, treats you like a human being, and provides you with the means to accomplish your end.

Good customer service and good products
Knowledgeable staff, good customer service. Was there during Memorial Day weekend, what I think is probably a pretty busy time for the store, but I never felt rushed. Alex was great!
Natalie was so helpful. She was very knowledgeable and was so nice. As a runner she could give her input but didn’t try to sway us. She was a perfect salesperson and we found the perfect fit for our daughter needing good shoes for XC. Thank you Natalie. Go Jags!

I really like the very personalized experience at Fleet Feet. The foot scan is top notch and the associates are knowledgeable. I was given several options to try and was not coerced into buying anything.

Very friendly and helpful
The 3D scan of my feet gave me insight to what kind of shoes I should have been wearing and the true size of my feet. Micah took her time with my wife and I to ensure we were both comfotable with our shoes. Her customer service is next to none. We will be life long customers from now on.

I love the one-on-one interaction and having someone listen to my specific needs. Having a shoe that helps with my foot issues has kept my feet from bothering me as much. I took my mom to get a pair for Mother’s Day because she has issues with her toes and she loved them so much she took her sister (who has foot issues) to get a pair this past weekend. Everyone loves them and they have said several times how much more comfortable they are than their old shoes. Very much worth the little extra cost!
