Very personalized experience! From the foot scan to recommending and helping me try on various types of shoes that align with my foot and what I will wear them for. Tracy spent approx 30 minutes bringing out options based on my foot scan and helping me try them on until I decided on the right shoe for me. Will always recommend Fleet Feet!

I have always been welcomed into the store by multiple associates as well as our needs met in a timely manner. We have bought several pairs of shoes from the Lewis Center location and I anticipate buying several more in the future. We love HOKAs and they have been good to our feet and my active family!

You had a shoe that fit and the right size (12.5) which a lot of stores never carry. The person that helped us (a young soon to be senior in high school) was very helpful, professional and nice; good to see a young person working and doing it so well, a testament to Fleet Feet in my opinion.
Your employees were very helpful very funny very kind. They had a good sense of humor and they took care of you very very well. Like if you were family, I would recommend it to anybody to go to Deerfield feet fleet and also keep buying my shoes there again. Your employees were great .

Mackenzie and Kyle were awesome! Told them a small domestic issue we had with my sons shoes and they troubleshooted everything to make sure it wasn’t something more than just cosmetic. Truly felt like they cared to make sure my son got the right fit of shoe for how he runs. Also squeezed me in for a fitting and we left with 2 pairs of shoes! Will definitely be back!

Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to make sure your shoes fit properly. Whether it’s for walking or marathon training someone is there with the experience to help you.

I cannot remember the name of the staffer who helped me, but she was wonderful. (Tall, blonde, size 11 shoe!). I hadn't purchase a pair of running shoes in a long time and she guided me to a great pair. Super friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. I picked up a couple pair of shorts and socks and I was good to go. As a lifelong runner who has mostly kept to herself, it was super helpful to have someone engage with me, ask me the right questions and listen so well. Barbara maybe?

Good selection
I love the lady who helped me and my older parent yesterday. She was super patient, informative, and gave them the confidence to walk out the store feeling stronger than ever! They both have planta ficeitus( however you spell that) and have been in a lot of pain for a while now. Hopefully these hokas and custom insoles help them live their daily lives pain free! Thanks!
