the service in the Decatur store is a 10+ regardless of the sales representative that takes care of your requests/needs. Their training is terrific, they understand the "weirdness" of feet and that everyone's foot has various quirks and challenges..especially as we age.
Friendly, smart, polite and courteous. Each and every customer is treated as if they were the only ones and always with respect. I do not shop any place else for sneakers and socks.

We love the foot scan and knowing that shoes we're picking are really the best for our feet...not just a shoe. The help in store at Cave Springs is always awesome. I can't recall the name of the young man who helped us on Monday, he's a student at Lindenwood...he handled helping all 3 of us with ease and was very helpful and patient!
Excellent customer service. Jessica and her employees go above expectations to deliver quality service. Love the Fleet Fleet store on Old Sauk Road in Madison Wi. When my running shoe order did not come in from another store, Jessica delivered them to me personally so I could have them for my race. The staff is well trained to fit each individual to their personal needs as a runner, walker, hiker etc. Best store in Madison for runners.

The service is personal and professional. The variety of shoes they have allows you to find something for almost any activity. The staff is very knowledgeable and works with yiu to find the right shoe. They don’t try to “sell” you something.
