I just purchased my second pair of tennis shoes at Fleet feet Burbank. I was so impressed the first time I went. I knew that when it was time to purchase again I would go back. The service is exemplary. The Sales persons are very knowledgeable and are willing to take time with each person so that they get the proper shoe. I spent almost $300 and didn’t blink and I mainly because the service was so great. I will be coming back soon for gift certificates and more shoes.
The Hoka shoes are comfortable. The service was excellent.

Tim in your Bethel Park location helped my husband and myself in selecting new walking shoes. He was very knowledgeable in the sizing and fit of our shoes. He took his time with us and made sure we were comfortable with our purchases. He was great!

Lois was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Lois performed the analysis of my feet and brought me out a selection of shoes to try that and a couple more once I had an appreciation of what I was experiencing on my feet, I tried on a couple more pairs and settled on a pair of Brooks. So far they are working out better than I expected. I will be back soon to acquire another pair. Thank you.

the person that helped me didn't seem that knowledgeable of the shoe i wanted....he tried to get me to wear something else.... seemed like he wanted to get me in and out of there.....never had services like that before.....not sure if I will come back or not

First name removed helped me when I came in today and he was awesome. I’ve been having issues with plantar fasciitis for months, he explained the process of how it occurs and tips for helping to reduce my symptoms. I have had immediate improvement from the tips First name removed gave me and the shoe recommendation. I will definitely be back!
