Enjoyed the experience of getting detailed breakdowns for my feet to make a better decision on a good pair of running shoes.
I know that this time we had a great sale person she was very informed and answered all of our questions very happy with her , again she was amazing ! However the time (like 2 weeks ago ) I went with someone else and that experience left me with a bad taste and really I was giving another chance and luckily we got a good experience . The people that I’m talking about need more costumer service , you don’t leave a potential customer just looking around without even asking “how can I help you “ very sad . I get it I was almost time to close (30 min before) . Maybe they were just ready to go home , who knows ?
The people you have working at fleet feet are helpful and knowledgeable. They make me feel like they are helping me find the right shoe for my foot and for my family- not just selling a product. We have a son who has special needs. Cameron was great at talking directly to him and taking time to explain things to our son. He also was able to "go with flow" when our son did not want to try on two different shoes at the same time. I feel confident our son has a great running shoe and we all felt cared for. It was a GREAT experience!

I have not purchased a pair of running shoes in over a decade, so I was in definite need for a new pair. The sales person, Alina, was so professional. She scanned my feet and step path, and then talked with me re what shoes would be good for me from the scan and what I feel I needed in a shoe. She was very patient while I tried on the shoes more than once. I, also, brought in my small dog and Alina was very friendly to her, as well. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you, Alina!!! Looking forward to breaking in my new shoes.

The selection of socks and running shoes is almost overwhelming (in a good way) so it is important to have experienced staff. While I knew exactly what running shoes I wanted, I was also interested in trying new brands of socks and wanted advice about Hoka as a walking shoe. Kathy helped me - she was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. I walked out of the store with 3 pairs of shoes and 4 pairs of socks! I love shopping at Fleet Feet in Columbia!
