The service was great. Will was very informative and helpful. The really like the Hoka brand shoes.
Donovan was helpful and friendly. He found my shoes online and ordered them and they arrived within a few days.
I picked them up and it was busy but he and his co-worker did not get flustered and also did not rush any customers

I went to the Madison store to get shoes and they had my size but not a good color so the guy (that did an amazing job) called the Jones Valley store and they had a grey new balance in the right size(11) .So he did a hold ticket and told me to just go there and they would have it ready just to pay and pick it up . So after driving an hour to Madison then to the other store , picking up the shoes then driving a hour home Thur evening i put the shoes on to show to my wife and son because it was a Fathers Day gift card that they had got me for the shoes and they wanted to see them I realized that they give me the wrong size (a 11.5 instead of a 11) .. so after all the running around I have the wrong size shoes and was leaving for vacation Friday morning with no new shoes .
