I like that I can learn something from the salespeople.
Friendly service, knowledgeable
I always get my running shoes at Fleet Feet. Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable. Even though they were super busy someone immediately acknowledged me and let me know they would be with me as soon as they could. We also chatted about the latest style of the shoes and why we liked or didn’t like certain shoes.

The professionalism. The person that helped me was very tentative to helping me find the right shoe.
The young sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. The only drawback was a woman who showed up behind the counter with an unfriendly demeanor. She didn’t smile, speak or acknowledge me at all. I was the only customer in the store at the time…unpleasant vibe…

Kat was an amazing employee. So full of both knowledge and joy! She took the time to ask me the questions and get the answers that led to the right shoe for me. I never felt rushed or impatient, even though I spent at least 45 minutes with her.

Great experience, the only thing I don't understand is why if a shoe is not in stock, I can't pay for it and have it done right then and there. Why do I have to go home and order it myself online? Thanks and looking forward to the half marathon in Sept.!
