We LOVE Fleet Feet! The selection is excellent, but what makes Fleet Feet outstanding is the awesome staff! We have purchased shoes recently at both the Douglas Blvd and Auburn Folsom Blvd stores. Each time we are met by friendly, knowledgeable staff. They know the differences in shoes and genuinely help in making informed decisions. Hands down the best! Always a great experience!

Thank you Fleet Feet for the absolutely wonderful shopping experience recently. Steven was such an awesome salesperson who spent so much time to genuinely make sure I found the perfect running shoe to meet my needs. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about every brand and style and was so patient and kind explaining all of the features of each one. I really appreciated the computer analysis of my feet was very helpful in finding the appropriate shoe as well. Steven thoroughly explained everything, made suggestions, and answered all of my questions throughout the process.

as a senior with walking disability i needed more support from your sales person. I almost fell getting on the foot monitor. however, he did choose some suitable shoe choices for me, and i bought one that i like very much. you also could include more supportive chairs for senios like me that need one. thank you for the good shoes.

Customer service and general product knowledge is outstanding. I don't have a ton of money and paying $150 on running/walking shoes on paper seems insane on paper however I never experience any buyers remorse after making a purchase at FF. A couple of years ago I was (as I am now) walking/running 150 miles a month and was experiencing a lot of knee and shin pain, a friend recommended I go to FF and I did. Since then all my knees haven't been happier. Your warranty is amazing, almost unbelievable to be honest. It provides great peace of mind when buy expensive running shoes that you're not 100% sold on. Since coming to you, I've sent 5 other people to you, all of which have sent others too. You guys rock, thank you!
