Every time I go in I never know what I’m going to get in terms of help. On Saturday the young lady helping me was lovely and knowledgeable and helpful I went back today today and I got a stone cold employee. Customers need help. They need your opinion. It’s what helps us make our decisions. Otherwise I could buy online.
I liked how much time my salesperson spent with me. I didn’t feel pressured.

Had such great customer service! Loved that thre employee didn’t make me feel like I was a burden for trying on so many pairs of shoes! Very informative and knowledgeable also! I will never not go into fleet feet every time I need a new pair of running shoes 👌🏽
The process was fast and easy and the store rep was super helpful! Shoes are comfy all 12 hours of my shift. I will be coming back for more, soon.

The service and attention to the details of my feet and needs was great! She listened to my situation in particular with one foot and we found a pair of shoes that felt comfortable. It also helped that the information on my feet and from my previous purchases were in her iPad. I couldn't ask for more as a customer!

Will took care of me and did an excellent job. He gave me all of the time that I needed. He had me run around the room to see my gait. He also had me run on the mat several times, until my weight or pressure on the mat could be measured - or so I thought.
I think that your “foot analyzer” measured the length, width (at 2 or 3 areas of the foot), and the pressure points of the foot. I appreciate your technology that guided Will (from the Morrisville store) to pick the best shoes based on the width and degree of pronation in my gait. Additionally, Will is an experienced runner, and he added that knowledge to his conscientiousness to the mix, for a winning formula.
I am not looking to win any race. I am looking to improve my “Cardio Fitness” as per a decreased resting heart rate. I was an avid walker and am now adding speed to my workout. My resting heart rate has dropped 5 beats over the past 2 months. I am looking forward to dealing with FLEET FEET while lowering my rate another 5-10 beats.

Customer service was amazing. Alivia was knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to find me the perfect pair of shoes for my needs, which is no small feat due to a Tailor's bunion on my left foot. I have since recommended Fleet Feet to multiple friends and acquaintances.

I went in with a specific idea of what I wanted out of my sneakers but not sure where to start. The sales person asked me a few questions and what I was looking for, he was able to pull 3 options and the 3rd option was it. I was only in there 15 mins and I absolutely love my sneakers!
I absolutely love that you are an actual physical store that lets customers try on basically as many shoes as they want, and actually get to test them out as well. I appreciate how many different brands of running shoes you have, and that the store seems to cater to serious runners both with shoe availability and with accessory products like clothing/hats/socks/a few specialty items. I also love that an actual store associate comes to personally help you out and to answer any questions you have. Additionally, the foot scanning system and having the treadmill in store are also awesome resources.
