Foot scan was super useful and showed me that I was downsizing a full size + (american sizes) and potentially was the root cause of my foot pain. Great selection of Trail runners with key features for a shop in Ohio, and the associate (Haley) was very helpful in finding shoes that met my needs. Would recommend to friends and family.

Excellent customer service and a good selection of options
I haven't had a shoe fitting in over 50 years, so the one-on-one customer service was very helpful. The young man who waited on me listened well, communicated well and was interested in me finding the best shoes for my situation (bad knee). I left with two pairs of very supportive shoes and am glad that I had Fleet Feet recommended to me by my primary care doctor.
