I love that all the sales associates are all runners. They all have run in each shoe that Fleet Feet sells. This real world experience is so valuable in helping new and old runners choose new shoes.
The way that the associate took time to see how my feet are and using that information to provide me with a better shoe

The running shoes I bought were killing my feet. The salesperson who did the exchange confirmed that the person who sold me the shoes sold me the wrong shoes for my feet, which she would have realized if she had done a scan.
The second salesperson was terrific. She spent a great deal of time with me, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated that Fleet Feet exchanged the shoes for me.
He was amazing. Helpful and so knowledgable.
Wasn't very welcoming and didn't seem knowledgeable about the products (shoes and hats).
Should be friendlier to customers when they walk into the store, especially those spending money.
After I spend over $200 dollars, they didn't have a bag to put my bought products in. Said they ran out of large bags...how could that happen.
My first time in a Fleet Feet store, not sure if I would go back...at least to this one.

My name is Eric Martin, and I am the manager at Fleet Feet Green Hills. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for sharing your experience with us. I hate that it was a negative experience, but I assure that I will do everything that I can to make sure it is an anomaly and doesn't happen again. Admittedly, we are a bit out of sorts that day, as it was our first day being open again after a pretty major renovation. That is a poor excuse for any of the issues that you experienced, and I apologize for all of it. The bags, I will take full responsibility for, I ordered replacement bags weeks ago, and the order was cancelled. I did an expedited order but obviously they were not there on time. I will definitely address our friendliness with all of our staff. You should be greeted as soon as you walk in the door and always be made to feel welcome! Again, my sincere apologies for your experience. I promise that we will work on every one of the issues you brought up and hope that you will give us a chance to blow you away the next time you come in.
Great service and love the great selection of products
The young man that helped me was great. He knew what I needed after talking with me. He took the time to get the right shoes and inserts that I needed. I believe his name was Austin. I would highly recommend. My friend was already in another time and she told me to give you a try, so glad I did.
Quality
I think it might be good to find out if your customer is new to running or has some experience. I knew what size I was and found it very frustrating to have to do the whole fit test. The explanation of the test results felt a little condescending. It was painfully thorough and made me feel like I couldn’t possibly know what a good fit was.
I like the idea of supporting a local store but I just am not sure I can endure that again. I could have tried every pair of shoes in my size on in the hour and half I was there. I came in to buy two pairs but left with just one pair because it was taking so long.
The sales person was pleasant, so I don’t want to it to be misunderstood that they did anything wrong. I just don’t think the sales system at Fleet Feet is set up for experienced runners who know what they need.
I love how your staff immediately welcomes you and greets you from the moment you come in the door — I love how you get the customer what they need effectively and efficiently.
Your staff is very knowledgeable about running , shoes and shoes in performance that it’s fun to banter with and hone in on what is the best fit for your needs when purchasing a new pair of shoes or gear .

Service was excellent, things were explained, shoes that were brought out to try on were comfortable.
Salespeople understand foot problems and are able to recommend footwear that relieve those difficulties. Return policy is incredibly good.

I am unsure how my scan led to the shoe choices I was presented with. It would be nice to have more education/information around how my scan affects shoe choices.

Ots only been a day but so far, the shoes I purchased are feeling pretty good.
The service, on the other hand is EXCELLENT! I don't know the girl's name who helped me at the Sacramento store on J Street but in my opinion, she went above and beyond.
They didn't have my shoe size in the color I wanted so she called a couple of stores and found my size (12W).
On pair was in Roseville , CA. I had some free time so I drove to the Roseville store to check out the shoes she had them hold for me.
The other pair was in Davis, CA which she had brought over the next day (in case I didn't like the pair at the Roseville store) and called me when they came in.
I ended up purchasing the pair from the Roseville store as they had my size and color I wanted.
I really appreciated this girl who helped me and made sure I was taken care of. Great experience. Keep up the excellent customer service and thank you!

The staff is knowledgable and friendly every time I go in and I'm always pleased with my purchase and feel great knowing I have that resource if anything goes wrong.
