Every time I go to Fleet Feet I am happy but Jacob really went above and beyond for my last visit - I have spoken to 3 people about my visit in the last few days and will continue to do so. Customer service at FF Folsom is unparalleled and makes ALL the difference when deciding where to shop.
Had to wait around 30 minutes on a Monday at 2pm. Besides that, I loved the service and love my running shoes. They fit so well. Loved them sooo much I bought 3 pair. Thank you for such great customer service. Very rear to see
