Service guy took a lot of time to select 4 shoes that met my specific requirements. He explained each shoe. After trying each, it was close. I set out what would be the deal maker. He gave me a clear answer. I love the shoe.

There are so many options when it comes to athletic shoes. It was nice to have someone help narrow down the choices based on real data about my own feet.

Very friendly, everyone on the floor approached and helped us find the right pair of shoes. My daughter is currently facing a torn tendon in her left ankle and a patella issue in her left knee, but she's a rower, so works out 6 days a week (and that won't change any time soon). It was necessary to find some footwear that gave her as much stability and laser-straight-focused gait as possible, and the shoes+inserts they found have been a game changer. I will definitely be back. It's great to have a shoe store that's so knowledgeable in our city. Our physical therapist recommended FleetFeet, and he couldn't have been more right.
I like the fact that you are a specialty running shop and sell running shoes for all running types. Your staff are experienced at finding the right shoe for the runner's foot and running style.

Hannah and Heather were both awesome to work with on Saturday! Frankly, this was the best customer service experience we've had at the Winston Salem location after visiting a few times per year over the past number of years. They make a great team and both delivered top-notch customer service skills! They were both patient, engaging, helpful, and attentive.
Hannah took the time to educate us on our scanning results to help with a proper fitting for shoes. She also introduced us to shoe brands we've never considered. We were glad she did! Furthermore, she educated us on the Fleet Feet rewards program, the Military Discount offer, and options for orders and returns.
We would be excited to work with these ladies going forward for our walking and stability shoe needs!
My salesperson, Elizabeth, was knowledgeable regarding sneakers and insteps. She asked all the right questions, came up with some suggestions and sold me a great pair of sneakers, inserts and socks. I won't buy my sneakers anywhere else but Fleet Feet.
