The foot scan to fit a shoe to my foot is good.
They are very affordable and comfortable. The staff are very knowledgeable relating to products sold . However the store can benefit from serving all body sizes such as plus size clothing .
The customer service is an 11/10. Went in to learn about my feet and gait on two different occasions and was helped instantly both times. The service never felt rushed and the sales reps were very thorough in explaining shoe technology and pros and cons of every shoe I tried.
Joe at the Pooler, GA location was very informative, patient and kind as I tried on numerous shoes.
