I really enjoyed the "no pressure" to buy atmosphere. They continued to just know what your feet needed and when you are ready to buy then do so. I loved the explanation I needed for myself and my sons feet and joints to be happy.
I had very good service. The staff certainly knew how to fit and suggest different styles. They were also patient. Definitely will go back.
I really liked the scans of my feet and the communication from staff about how to interpret the scans. I am already feeling a positive difference in my foot comfort in my new pair of shoes.
I loved the many options in shoes after having my stride assessed.
The staff did a good job trying to juggle many customers, took time to measure, fit me and show me several good options for my shoes.
I didn't catch the name of the wonderful lady that assisted me, but she was amazing and extremely helpful.

Friendly personnel. Quality of service. Quality of recommendations of the shoes based on the scans. This is the fourth experience with the end result: “these are the most comfortable shoes that I ever wore”, “I did not know that I wore the wrong shoes all this time..”

Helpful staff. Personalized shopping and can find shoes for my foot type.
I purchased the newer version of the same shoe I have been buying for years! But that company changed the design of the bottom of the shoe. I tried it at home for 10 minutes and knew it wasn't going to work for me. I brought them back with the receipt and Zach W. helped me find a different brand that worked much better for me. He was able to refund me the difference in price and I will definitely be back to buy my next shoes! Customer service was excellent.

I was not approached on the floor when I looking for shoes for a Fathers Day gift. I had to find someone. I was handed and empty box with 2 shoes; no wrapping on them. The cashier said one word: card? I had to ask the price of my purchase. She was too busy chewy her gum to speak to me.
I don’t need my “reward.”

It is very important for us to know how the experience we provide rates with our customers, and to identify when we’re falling short of our customers’ expectations.
Thank you for sharing your concerns over the way your recent experience was managed by our staff. First, I would like to apologize that we missed acknowledging you when you first arrived in the store. It is our goal to greet each customer when they walk through the door and sometimes on Saturdays we fall short. It wasn’t our intention to make you seek an employee out. Second, I would like to address your interaction with the employee that helped you. That type of behavior is not how we train our team and I want to assure you that I will follow up directly with that employee with additional coaching. We will review this scenario with our shift leaders and make every effort to learn as a staff so we can avoid let-downs in the future. Please accept my apology that the experience wasn’t a “10” and my invitation to come back so that we might improve upon this last experience.

Overall experience was good/great. I am in the customer service industry and there were some minor things I did see.
One thing - I was waiting for several minutes for someone to greet me when I walked in. Not really anyone persons fault as they were somewhat busy. I did know that people saw me, at least say Hi - or acknowledge me. - There were other customers that came in after me and they were acknowledged so I know it was not something done purposefully - (I'm assuming).
2nd thing - When the store manager asked a young lady to help me I did see her say no I cant or wont or something along those lines I'm not sure what was said but I did see the body language denying her availability or desire to help or whatever the case was. - she should have been slightly more discreet about it, again not her fault maybe she was not trained or whatever.
That is really it. - When I was helped the person who did help me was fantastic. Her name was Emma? Personable, knowledge able, and most importantly I did not feel rushed. In all honesty I was not sure if I was going to be purchasing shoes or a shoe insert when I arrived. She is the very sole (sorry couldnt help the pun) reason I decided to spend 200.00 dollars, and potentially more in the future. - To whomever is reading this I really would appreciate it if you could reach out Emma and extol her for the job she did.
