Measuring feet for accuracy
It would have been great if there were more salespeople available on a Fun Run night.
When I arrived to pickup my shoes I ordered ,they put the wrong number on the order. I was to receive New Balance size 11 4E Velcro straps. I received a pair with laces. The associate didn’t seem to care.
We had paid cash for the shoes and I was wanting to try them on for fitting purposes with the hope of getting foot inserts. But they weren’t interested in helping. So, as my wife and I are handy capped we wanted to make sure they fit. I’m waiting for the correct pair to come. Upon checking out they wanted to charge us again for shoes we already paid for. Jamie who took our order was very helpful. But second associate and manager didn’t care

It was my first time ever at a Fleet Feet Store. It was my first time ever hearing about Fleet Feet. I was there to purchase a pair of shoes for my mother who her Foot doctor recommended Fleet Feet. I was highley impressed with the staff. Very knowledgeable and keen on a persons need. The selection of brands and styles were plenty, and ended walking out with three pairs. Two for my mom and on pair for me. I will most likley come back for my next shoes.

I have just experienced my first visit with Fleet Feet. Everything about it was great! I appreciated the profiling of my feet and gait, following by a knowledgeable person to offer options to accommodate my needs. Service was extraordinary, which is rare these days.
He carefully listened to my input; and, I never felt rushed. I departed a satisfied customer who will most certainly return.
I haven’t had my shoes long enough to say much except that they are very comfortable and have preformed well on the first couple outings.

FF offers a wide range of shoes in a wide width. It’s sometimes difficult to find women’s wide widths. The service at the Wilmington Forum location is excellent!
