We visited your store for a specific shoe and size. Brooks, Ghost, 13 wide for my husband. Sales associate was very helpful and also recommended socks. Which I bought. Very friendly, helpful and low pressure. Love this place.
The service is always fantastic. The salespeople are very knowledgeable and friendly. There are many shoes to choose from. I especially like their machine that creates an image of my feet with exact measurements of different parts of my feet.
Staff is nice & very helpful. Like that if they don't have what you want they can order it have it shipped to your home.

Love this store! Rachel was fantastic. She measure both my husband's and my feet and then explained the results to us. She took the time to make sure we felt comfortable with our shoe selections. She brought out lots of options. She was so helpful

Brandon at the winston location seemed genuinely interested in my needs and preferences when it came to my feet! He only reccomended products I seemed interested in and made sure to point out the ones that fit or were right for me. He made sure to scan my feet and recommend the best shoes and inserts for my needs. The feet scanner is so interesting! I loved seeing how my feet were shaped and finally being able to see my true size!
I will definitely be back, and I will definitely reccomend this store to anyone looking for new shoes!

The store is set up to sign in and when called you’re treated like family. Employees waiting on you by fitting you with the right shoe, sizing, colors and styles. If they don’t have the shoe in stock then they will order it. Keep up the good work.

Nice shoes, salesperson knowledgable but asking insensitive questions-because of my white beard and slow gate, she assumed I needed help getting my socks on and I used a walking aid
The person who helped me was very helpful, she took her time, explained the process and brought out 3 recommendations for shoes and explained what each offered. I did buy a pair that felt very supportive of my specific needs and she told me I have 60 days to decide. That’s great! I appreciated her and the time she took with me and having the sizing with the scans was unique for me.
Superb fittings and other service along with great products
The assessment was thorough, the sales reps were well informed, and it was super quick. I feel like I'm walking on a trampoline all day at work! It's awesome.
