Very customer friendly.
I sometimes have a hard time picking out shoes that are the right fit for me and from my experience I was happy with how fast it was to find multiple shoes that worked well for how I run.

I love the time that was taken with us to help my son find the best shoe for cross country. (I'm sorry I forgot the associate's name, but he is an older gentlemen who has worked there for many years. He's helped me several times before.) He explained the different shoes and what they help with. My son has trouble with his calves and arches. I believe we were able to find him the shoe that will help him the most!
Jake was very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel "sold to" but assisted with my needs. He took the time to offer me advice including how to do a proper "runner's loop" to help my foot fit more snug in my existing sneakers. Kudos to him!
Alex did a great job working with our daughter to find shoes that would fit her foot. This was our first time buying from Fleet Feet, Alex was patient, kind, and explained everything he was doing.
