Friendly, not pushy
Cody over at the Delaware Avenue store in Buffalo New York is the best number one help me get my shoes very patient with me very nice dude good people all around inside that store went to write 10 pair of shoes before I got the ones I wanted said empty if they hurt, bring them back will take care of you we take care of people here at Fleet feet Cody‘s all right Fleet feet is cool. I’ve got the shoes from Finland with the bear on it nice my brother gets me a $200 gift card every year for my birthday. I’m glad he does go fleet feet go bills Buffalo Bills in case you don’t know.

My credit car was charged for 2 pairs of shoes when I only had purchased one. Had to return to the store to get this corrected. Sales person and manager did not feel like I needed an apology. Will not return and will not recommend them in the future.

Brady listened first to my description of what I was looking for, then used the scanner to confirm the best choices. The initial Echelon 9 was just what I was looking for to accommodate my Ortho Inserts, but tried the other 2 just to be sure. He was right the first time and bought them on the spot.
Will definitely come back if other athletic shoes are needed.

This was one of the best shopping experience I've EVER had. My sales associate was so thoughtful and knowledgeable. This felt more like a consultation with a great doctor, inclusive of data-driven testing. And I ended up with an incredible fit -- moreso than I imagined possible.
