I bought a new pair of shoes but the toe box was too narrow and they returned them and ordered me a pair with a wider toe box. Super helpful and kind and no hassles. Thank you!!

Leigh in High Point store displays exemplary customer service and knowledge. It impressed me and my mother. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, the definition of customer service is. It is a lost art. I will bring wife and son to the store in the future . She sold me on a pair Hoka Clifton 9 shoe easiest decision I have made in a long time.

Michael was extremely helpful the other day when I needed a new pair of running shoes. He helped me through the process and I tried multiple pairs of shoes to dial in what would work for me. The foot scan was also super helpful in determining the proper shoe size and fit.
I had no idea of the customer service FF provided. I went in to look at a pair of shoes and Joe analyzed my feet and brought out many options to try. He was very knowledgeable and could not have been nicer. Great experience and I will be a repeat customer and tell others. Thank you
