The quality!
Nathan at your O'Fallon store was a master. He worked with me, step by step, adjustment by adjustment, to find very comfortable walking shoes. Because I am 76 and have had both knees replaced and wear orthotics, it was tricky. He kindly persevered and I walked out in my new shoes. I thank him very much. He is an excellent representative of Fleet Feet.

Everything about our Fleet Feet experience was amazing! From the moment we walked in we were greeted and asked if we wanted to go through their fitting process, which we did. They were very knowledgable and explained all the details about our feet and running/walking style and which types of running shows would be best to fit our needs. After trying on 4 different shoes we selected to perfect pairs for our feet. I am so please with our experience and could not recommend Fleet Feet more to anyone looking for a new pair of running shoes!

Harrison was the real selling point - he was so knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic. I loved his approach to the fitting: side-by-side comparisons, layering of products, and most importantly, an emphasis on what felt right to me. It built my confidence in being able to make the right shoe choice for me. I would tell folks to ask for him specifically!
