I love that you took a 3D scan of my feet and emailed it to me. Both of the salesmen I worked with used the scan to help them pick shoes for me. What sold me, though, was the 60-day return policy. Allowing people to wear the shoes (outside!) and try them out for 60 days is amazing because it's really hard to tell if a shoe fits properly just walking around a store. I ended up taking my first pair back because, although they felt good in the store, they were too tight when I took a walk around my neighborhood. I'm going out of town on a hiking trip next week and needed new shoes, so the salesman told me to wear them as much as possible for the next couple days (normally he would tell people to give it two weeks), and if they don't fit great, bring them back in and we'll try a third pair. That customer service can't be beat!

It was pretty fast before someone started helping me. I was surprised at how many people work there. Ethan listened carefully to what I needed and then used what I called the scanner to map my feet and brought out three choices to try first. It was very interesting to see my feet and they even sent the scan to me by email. The first one I tried on was the best. I am not a runner but I need a supportive shoe for my feet, back and knees to walk around. They also have a great supply of good socks and mullion other things you might need if you do run, hike or just walk trails. They even have supportive shoes for summer.
