Service was wonderful and so patient with my young children.
Everything! I’ve never had an experience quite like this in a shoe store. So thoroughly thought out. The tech was very easy to navigate with the sales associate. Can easily see myself as a repeat customer. I’m a believer in Fleet Feet and their mission to provide such customized services literally rethinking the entire shoe buying experience. This was a great experience and I love that they have all kinds of equipment there to find the right shoe for you. Andrey was very helpful and patient me and him went through 6 pairs of shoes til I found the one. I will definitely comeback soon to buy my running shoes and I hope to work with Andrey again.
My husband and I loved the scans on our feet and the information given. I think we both wished we would have been given more detail on why he pulled the shoes he did. He did great because we both bought a pair he chose but just a little more knowledge on the shoes and being able to relay that to the customer.
The knowledge and time spent with me
I had low expectations when I went to Fleet Feet. What I found was a store with a steady stream of customers and staff coming out of the back to assist them. There was no wait. The person who helped me - Matt - listened to me explain my situation, made excellent suggestions and was patient as we found the right school for me. He was educative as well as helpful. I have already recommended the store and stock to a number of people. I liked the computer modeling as that gave us direction to go from and we modified from there.
Gal asked questions about what I was looking for and gave me several good alternatives.

Sam at the Northfield, Ohio store is outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable.

The sales associates rock!! They know their products and give valuable feedback each and every time. I do wish the selection was a little broader, but I’ll take the customer service over that each and every time!! I hope you pay them well!!! You can’t find service like that anymore! A real GEM!!
I LOVE my new tennis shoes....my toes have plenty of room & the arch support is perfect. Happy feet make a big difference on my endurance level when shopping or socializing.

The woman who helped me - I think her name was Emily - was SPECTACULAR!!!! She patiently listened to my complex case, asked the right questions, and got me into not one, but TWO pairs of shoes perfect for my activities. She was superb in her knowledge, her listening, and her "bedside manner." I will request her every time!
The entire experience was amazing . Checking in was great , assistant was very knowledgeable, advancer technology to help determine best product for me was great, purchase history being retained was great, and products were impressive. I will be a long term customer .

Everyone in the store is kind and knowledgeable. They want to make sure that you have the right shoe for your body and are happy to take as much time as needed to find the perfect fit. I love that they take complete measurements of your feet to find the right shoes, then add insoles that can be moved from shoe to shoe. But overall, it's the employees that make the experience exceptional.
I liked having my shoes and inserts fitted to my feet by someone who knows how and the one-on-one service. The Hokas I came home in make me feel and walk better and I seem to balance better. Thank you!!!
