I appreciate your strong customer service. As someone who has difficulty finding shoes that “work”, knowing I can wear my new shoes around the house and return/exchange them if needed has kept my a loyal customer. I have purchased all my athletic shoes at your store since I moved to Portland 12 years ago.
Sales staff greets you at the door and listens to your needs. They answer all questions thoroughly and do not try to upsale I love my brooks and will be shopping here for the rest of my days.

I like everything and shop here a lot. The only suggestion and it’s a big one…almost a deal-breaker, but why can’t you put prices on your items. I have to ask a price for everything and it’s VERY irritating…why not have the pricing visible, it’s much easier for the customer and it helps the staff. This just makes no sense.
