I love everything about Fleet Feet in Roanoke. Their customer service is amazing. The shoes are fantastic. I have been going there for about 10 years and I will continue going back!

Suzie then removed her mask
And caused a mighty stir
The angry mob responded
Taking turns at grabbing her
The foggy cavern's musty grime
Appeared within my palm
I snatched Rick's fork to scrape it off
With deadly icy calm
The crowd meanwhile had taken Sue
And used her like a rag
To mop the slime from where the slug
Had slithered with the bag
In summing up, the moral seems
A little bit obscure...

There were so many products to choose from, and when I called in advance you assisted in ordering the shoes I wanted to try on so that they were available for my appointment. The sales person was also very patient and knowledgeable.

I liked that I was able to get a foot scan and immediately see the results. They associate explained it very well! Then when it was time to try on shoes, it was great that multiple brands were brought out for me to try!
Really needed help in finding the right pair of sneakers. I have foot pain and did not want to stop walking or running. The young man that helped us took his time and explained everything from the results of the scanning. He had several suggestions and had so much patience. We ended up buying three pairs plus the inserts. Can't wait for my next visit.
I called store to clarify location, as where parked, I had to walk. ALEX answered, after telling him limited w/cane, he gave me good directions with store's contact info, & so sweetly asked me to call if need to, he would make sure someone came out to help me to the store. Found my way easily, Greeted by Alex showed me to sit while greeting & overseeing his employees & customers. IMPRESSED! Alex helped me while understanding my medical needs, we found the top best shoes for my foot care! IMPRESSED! Alex runs his busy business with upmost care showing each person they are important and seen.
