Was told that I would be fitted by specifically for the way my feet are by an electronic mapping. Didn’t happen.
Was told that my stride would be examined. When wearing to different types of shoes at the same time to try to determine on my own what type felt better, the difference in thickness of soles alone when thinking about everyone having slightly different appendage sizes, makes no sense to me.
The store was clearly undermanned for the amount of customers that were waiting, this probably accounts for my not getting the mapping. When mentioning that i hadn’t had any tennis shoes in years and years, the clerk politely asked me my size, my response was sometimes 9 sometimes 10, her eyes rolled.
In retail it is common there are rushes one can not allow for. A woman entered the store, checking with the clerk after me yet clerk found it acceptable to wait on her before me. Busy is one thing, jumping the line is another.
Shopping is not my thing, partially why went years with no tennis shoes, the overall experience was sub par. Which is a shame as my belief is it’s a quality product.
Return policy bc my feet are so bad and hard to fit. The people who work there are fantastic.
