I bought a full price pair of shoes and the next day received an email about a sale. It would have created better customer loyalty had the salesperson suggested that I wait one more day.
Also, it would have been nice to have a treadmill so I could have better tested out the shoes rather than simply walking around the store.

The total help I received was amazing!! I am 75 but still try to walk 4 miles. I also have Neuropathy and I’m becoming knock-kneed (of all things!!). She listened to me and helped me so much. I have shoes that feel good now. They support me. I so appreciate the help I received.
