I felt like it was all about me. Made me feel special and that I was picking the right shoe.

Customer service is terrible lately. I’ve purchased from 3 locations in the past month and each time there has been zero acknowledgment or offers of assistance from the employees, only when I approach the register to pay does there seem to be any recognition, and even then it is not exactly a personable interaction. I’ve been a Jack Rabbit customer for decades so this is a disappointing change.

This was my first time going to Fleet Feet and I had a great experience. I learned a lot about my feet and my gait and why I had pain in certain areas of my feet. Anne helped me and she was amazing! So kind and very helpful. I absolutely love the shoes she suggested for me and I have no pain now when I walk or run. Highly recommend going here if you’re looking to find shoes that support your body. I suggest scheduling an appointment before hand so you can be helped right away.

First are your employees. They are very knowledgeable and know which shoes are best for you. There isn’t a huge selection but there is enough that one can find what they are looking for.

The staff was very helpful in finding my wife find the proper shoes and supporting insoles for a medical condition. The wide variety of products and knowledgeable staff made us feel well taken care of.
Very knowledgeable staff helped me get the right shoes for my feet! I'm an extreme supinator and it's hard to find shoes that work for me.

Great service, ability to measure not just shoe size, but arch, width, pronation/supination. Then can suggest just the right shoe for you. Very pleased with the service and my new shoes!
The sales representatives are very friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. Also a wide variety of sneakers and athletic wear. The best thing was that the representatives are not at all pushy and don’t force you to buy anything if you’re not ready.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I heard about Fleet Feet from a co-worker who told me to just go as I have been having problems with foot pain. Between the foot assessment and the shoe fitting, I learned more about my feet in the 30 minutes than I have in 3 visits to ORA. This young lady was knowledgeable and I felt like I mattered.
The service at the store was great. Nate was incredibly helpful.
